The HKC Series offers a compact vibratory sieving solution where space limitation is an issue while evaluating small powder batches and for check screening applications.

PRODUCT DETAILS

  • The unit is designed with a center discharge, allowing acceptable materials to pass through and into your desired vessel or container. Side discharge for oversized materials is available.

  • Designed using a high-speed rotary electric drive, it generates a unique vibratory motion that will effectively handle any powder or liquid laboratory or small batch applications.

  • Standard models screen sizes sieves materials down to 20 micron (635 mesh).

  • Unit features side discharging design for removing oversized particles and contaminants from the powder batch.

  • Utilizing the optional Ultrasonic Deblinding system can additionally increase throughput and product yield by virtually eliminating screen blinding.

  • Precision Eforming Sieves with sieving capabilities down to 10 micron are also available.

  • All units are CE rated!
